Low Optical Flicker

Insights

1/1

Light flow fluctuations (causing output voltage ripple), which occur in certain environmental conditions, both under sudden light variations and constant light, even if not consciously perceived, create disturbance and may cause hazards in the workplace. Recent research has shown that stable lighting increases the safety and productivity of workers. According to some studies, about one in every 4,000 people is particularly sensitive to flashing lights at frequencies between 3 and 70 Hz. This visible flicker can induce serious disorders.
