Valladolid-Campo Grande Railroad Station

Iluminación Disano
The Valladolid-Campo Grande railroad station serves both high-speed trains, connecting it to Madrid in almost 1.5 hours, and regional trains connecting the city to important urban centres, such as Santander and Ponferrada. The city of Valladolid, in the province of the same name, has always represented a major railway junction for Spain, with high passenger and freight traffic volumes, as proven by businesses and stores that opened over the years.
Architecturally, a wrought-iron roof was placed on the main 19th-century structure in 1895, a tribute to the Industrial Revolution era.
Several renovations have recently been carried out, including the installation of a modern, energy-efficient and cost-effective lighting system. The lighting design was by Disano who installed Iseo, from its range of high-performance street lighting fixtures.
Thanks to the latest generation of LED sources, these streetlamps are characterised by extremely high colour rendering, constant, high-quality luminous flux to protect users’ eyes, and notable energy savings.
The Iseo lighting fixtures are true concentrates of the most modern lighting technology, housed in a body with a minimalist and elegant look, as expected by the most stylish Made-in-Italy brands.
The Vallodolid train station can now benefit from an innovative and high-performance lighting system, such as the one supplied by Disano to provide all travellers and users with visually safe and comfortable environments.
